If you prefer to fill out a paper application, you can download the application below.  
The application may be returned to any school where you have a child attending or it may be mailed to the School Nutrition Office by folding on the lines indicated on the last page of the pdf, placing a stamp on the front and taping where indicated.  For more information, please contact our Killeen ISD School Nutrition Office: 254-336-0775.
End of the School Year Information: 2019-2020

Any remaining money will carry over to the next school year if your student will still be in Killeen ISD.

Graduate students with money still in their account have 4 options: 
  1. Request a refund through SchoolCafe or email (Please include your student's name, student's ID number, campus name, date of birth, mailing address, and phone number in the email.) 
  2. Request to transfer the money to a sibling via SchoolCafe or email (Please include your student's name, campus name, student's date of birth in the email.)
  3. Is your child graduating/withdrawing from Killeen ISD? If so, fill out the SN Balance Withdrawal Form by clicking here.
  4. Is your child staying in Killeen ISD?  If your student has money on their account at the end of the year it will be available for them to use the next school year on the first day of school.  
  5. Request to donate the money for students who need it via SchoolCafe or email or (Please include your student's name, campus, and date of birth in the email.)
If your student has a negative balance you can mail a check or money order to 5708 E. Veterans Memorial Blvd. to pay off the negative balance.
  • Please make out the check or money order to your student's campus cafeteria. For Example: "Shoemaker Cafeteria"
  • Please include your student's name and student ID in the notes section of your check or money order.

What is P-EBT?

The P-EBT food benefit is for families & students who: Qualify for free/reduced-price meals in the 2019-20 school year; attend a Community Eligibility Provision or Provision 2 campus that offers free meals to all students; or received SNAP food benefits in March 2020.  

Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) is a one-time food benefit for families who lost access to free or reduced-price meals due to school closures.

Who is eligible for P-EBT?

P-EBT food benefits are for children who received SNAP food benefits for March 2020 and children who are certified for free or reduced-price school meals during the 2019-20 Texas school year.
