First Annual KISD Community Art Fest
On Saturday, March 3rd, from 10 am to 3 pm, the KISD Fine Arts Department is hosting the first annual KISD Community Art Fest! Located at the Killeen Civic and Conference Center, this festival is a free family event. Children will be able to enjoy a day of free art workshops, face painting, balloon art and much more. In addition, KISD student artwork will be on display, and KISD art teachers will be selling and displaying their own artwork.
This event corresponds with the end of the annual KISD Visual Art Show which features student artwork on display from Monday, February 26th to Friday, March 2nd.

KISD Summer Musical Auditions: Mary Poppins Jr.
Killeen ISD Fine Arts Department is holding auditions for the KISD elementary and middle school summer musical, Mary Poppins Jr., on April 19th from 5:30 to 8 p.m. and April 21st form 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. located at Charles Patterson Middle School.
Show times are scheduled for June 26th and 27th at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. located at Harker Heights HS. For a list of the more than 25 roles to be cast, click here! More information coming soon.
